Job Number: 18210036 CTG is seeking a remote Epic Support analyst to resolve break/fix issues with potential to assist with build for the new hospital. Responsibilities may include the following:

• Resolve PB break/fix issues

• Assist with build and testing for the newly acquired facility

• Maintenance and build in the following areas:

o Charges and fee schedules

o Oncology profee billing

o Bill areas

o Telehealth

o Anesthesia billing

• Maintain SER for insurance credentialing

Provide after hours on call

Work will be performed remotely after one to two weeks onsite for Knowledge Transfer.

Current certification in Epic PB, 2018 NVT, is required

3 plus years experience in build and support of the Epic PB module. Must have thorough understanding of Revenue cycle workflows.
