Assists patients with appointments, scheduling, registration, and check-in and check-out procedures. May collect insurance co-pays and payment for services. Provides insurance verification and processes insurance referrals and authorizations as needed. Able to continuously portray the fourbr(4) Beaumont categories and recognized standards of customer satisfaction./spanspan/spanspanbspanEssential Duties:/span/bspanMust be able to perform diagnostic testing, EKGs, administer injections, obtain vital signs, demonstrate safe medication handling and administration, navigate Epic One Chart electronic health record, and assist with minor surgical procedures./spanspan/spanbspanStandard Qualification:/span/bspanHigh School Diploma or GED required.
