divGENERAL SUMMARY:Providesadministrative oversight for multiple departments/department directors at the hospital.Assists in the development and implementation of annual and long-term goals forthe GP Division. Develops strategicinitiatives to ensure future growth and success throughout the division. Servesas a liaison between senior hospital leadership, medical leadership and physiciansto facilitate achievement of goals and objectives. Accountable administratively for multipledepartment operational performance. Assists Chief Operating Officer, HospitalPresident, Physician in Chief, CNO and VP of Operations with projects and specialassignments.AREAS OFRESPONSIBILITY: ImagingServices (Generals, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Breast, Vein Ctr., IVR, Nuc Med), CardiologyServices (Cath Lab, Non Invasive) Respiratory, Rehabilitation Services,Infusion Services, Laboratory Services, Health Fitness, WeightLoss/Bariatrics, Integrative Medicine/Acupuncture, Cardiac Rehab, PulmonaryRehab, Speech Rehabilitation Adult/Peds., Neurophysiology (240+FTE's)ESSENTIAL DUTIES:1.Assistwith execution of the hospital's strategic plan to develop, grow and maintainexisting programs and services.2.Administrativeoversight and responsibility for operational and budget performance for areasof responsibility. This includes development and monitoring of financial goalsand objectives, variance analysis, monitoring of kpi's, operating statisticsand implementation of performance improvement initiatives.3.Monitordepartment compliance with customer service standards and supports departmentsin improving the culture of safety and employee satisfaction. Coach and mentoras appropriate.4.Collaboratewith other divisions to promote clinical integration and centers of excellenceincluding accepting and performing committee work as assigned.5.Workscollaboratively with other administrators to develop teamwork amongdepartments. Develop and maintain good working relationships with physicians,medical chiefs, administrators, leaders and peers across the hospital system.6.Chaircommittees and organize work groups as needed to improve hospital operations.7.
