Aspirus Health SUPERVISOR OF HOUSE in Laurium, Michigan

This position is eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with greater than 1 year of experience!

Aspirus Keweenaw is currently seeking an RN HOUSE SUPERVISOR to work at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, Michigan. Duties include:

? Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during assigned shift.

? Acts as a management resource person to the nursing staff. Manages hospital operations in the absence of administration during weekends, holidays, and off shifts.

? Accountable for the management of human resources, patient placement, and assisting in the provision of education to meet patient/family needs.


? Current State of MI RN license

? BSN preferred

? BLS required

? ACLS, TNCC and PALS current or required within 6 months of hire

? ED/ICU nursing experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Hours: This position is part time; 0.6 FTE or 24 hours per week.
