Job Summary and Description
Adjunct faculty teach courses in Emergency Medical Services, including planning, preparation and delivery of clinical instruction at all levels of EMS training. Faculty members also participate in curriculum development and student advising.

Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing for a regionally accredited college or university.
Registered Nurse with current State of Michigan nursing license
Provider status in Basic Life Support (BLS) or required within 30 days of hire
Two years of full-time experience in the professional discipline (RN, EMT, or Paramedic)
Demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse population and as a member of a team
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current State of Michigan Instructor Coordinator (IC) license
Current EMT or Paramedic license
Possess experience in classroom instruction, training in the work setting, or coaching experience
Experience inEMSeducation atEMTand Paramedic levels
Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and current computer skills
