As a full-time, Pay & Benefits Assistant, you would be an integral part of supporting our Carepartners in the Human Resource Department. This role works in conjunction with all departments to ensure payroll is done timely and accurately. It is also vital in assisting Carepartners in understanding the benefits available and assisting them in leveraging those benefits to have the most meaningful impact for their families. The ideal candidate must have these qualities/experience:
Attention to detail
Versed in all duties related to payroll for union and non-union employees
Versed in benefits management: enrollment, changes, terminations and reconciling monthly invoices
Expertise in payroll software such as Smartlinx or Paycor, MS Word and Excel, to include pivot tables
Defined Benefit Pension Plan after 8 years of service
Tuition Reimbursement up to $3,000 after 1 year of service for approved courses
