The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the Nursing Division, Pharmacy Services, Care Management, Respiratory Therapy, Rehab and Nursing Centers, and Specialty Clinics for United and Kelsey Hospitals.
You will develop and plan policies to optimize organizational and operational excellence, in support of the mission, vision, and strategies of the organization. Be accountable for:

Education - Bachelor's Degree in in nursing or related field Master's Degree in in nursing or related field
Experience - 3 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in progressively more responsible healthcare operations or nursing leadership and 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in clinical nursing experience
Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience - 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in Operations or Nursing Leadership
