Select Medical Float Patient Service Specialist (PSS) - Grandville, MI in Grandville, Michigan
NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Per Diem Float Patient Service Specialist (PSS) for our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Grandville, MI. Previous medical office experience is highly preferred. There is the option for more hours if additional coverage is needed. Candidate must be willing to travle up to 1 hour to provide coverage for the Grand Rapids/Lakeshore area. Again, this is a Per Diem position that includes varied hours on an as needed basis.
Shift hours are usually Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
For per diem, hours are NOT guaranteed.

Job duties include:
Patient registration & scheduling
Obtaining referrals and authorizations
Responding to requests for information
Assisting therapists as needed for general clinic maintenance and upkeep
Answering telephones and additional administrative functions
