Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager, and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse uses clinical judgment skills to access and implement the treatment plan for patients. The RN assesses monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.
Basic Qualifications:
Education - Associate's Degree in Nursing
Experience - 2 years of relevant experience
Licenses -
Registered Nurse (RN) State of Michigan
Drivers License – MI (MI DR LIC) and car insurance; Specific to VNA,Home Care, Hospice, and Carol Health Upon Hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) Specific to VNA and Home Care, 90 Days
Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience - 1 year of relevant experience in of acute care, emergency, or rehab facility experience for all of the Home Care business lines
