*This is a new grad RN float position that provides the opporutnity to float in various departments at our Butterworth and Blodgett adult inpatient departments. Based on their experiences, RN's are able to make an informed decision about where they want to grow their practice long term. *

*Patient populations and specialties vary, and will help you as a new grad to experience and learn as much as possible before determining where you might like to permanently accept a position.
