This position will also be cross trained and scheduled to work in the Cardiac Monitoring Center, as a Cardiac Monitoring Technician at Blodgett. style="margin: 0in; color: #333333; line-height: 18pt; font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;"A Cardiac Monitor Technician in the Cardiac Monitoring Center at Blodgett Hospital monitors and interprets patient heart rhythms remotely using telemetry monitoring equipment. Notifies Registered Nurse (RN) of any abnormalities or variances in patient heart rhythm to initiate an examination of patient. Documents and posts information on patient records. This position utilizes core scheduling. An employee will be hired into a permanent schedule that repeats every 6 weeks. The days and hours are already preset and cannot be permanently changed to accommodate a personal or school schedule. This schedule will not have the ability to drop below 48 hours per pay period.
