In this role, you will be surrounded by colleagues who are committed to excellence in their roles and you will be provided an environment of encouragement and career growth.Night shift available: 7pm to 7am - 6 days per pay period/12-hour shifts/2-week rotating schedule every other weekend.The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the day-to-day operation of your Health Center Unit in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern or community, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and/or the Director of Health and Rehabilitation Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.ResponsibilitiesulliPrimary responsibility is for resident care management of the health and rehabilitation center. Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs the day-to-day functions of your unit./liliAssists Director of Nursing in managing overall clinical operations of the skilled nursing facility./liliSupervises CNA, may assist in performance and competency evaluations, training, coaching and cultural development within./liliProvides input and assistance in scheduling staff according to the needs of the Health Center/liliActs as primary contact for Medical Staff regarding clinical issues./liliPerforms admission and discharge procedures as directed./liliEnsures compliance laws and regulations applicable to position and act in accordance with compliance program./li/ulQualifications ulliMust possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
