Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
This full time LPN will be utilized as a float position for the following Urgent Care sites:
West Pavilion
South Pavilion
Integrated Care Campus Beltline
Rockford
Ada
Alpine
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or equivalent in Graduate of an approved nursing program
Experience - Successful completion of competency based orientation program
Licenses - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) State of Michigan
Basic Life Support (BLS) Medical Group, 90 Days
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience - Healthcare experience
Licenses - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
