McLaren Health Care is looking for a Decision Support Specialist
to join the McLaren Reimbursement Department.
To provide financial and statistical analysis to assess the financial and operational impacts of management decisions and proposals. Provide analytical operations support using a variety of data sources. Analyze and interpret data to provide information
for management decisions.
Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity, develop proposals and strategies for program development and revisions to existing programs. Identify cost control and cost management issues and recommend actions to resolve. Provide requested data as needed
by the reimbursement department to file cost reports and fulfill external audit requests.
- With Bachelors degree, five years of prior experience in healthcare financial forecasting or healthcare financial analysis to include a minimum of five (5) years experience dealing with hospital clinical and financial data. Expertise working
with large databases; data extraction and analysis.
- Without Bachelors degree, ten years in healthcare financial forecasting or healthcare financial analysis dealing with hospital clinical and financial data. Expertise working with large databases; data extraction and analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Engineering
