OSF HealthCare Health Screener in Escanaba, Michigan

bDescription/b The Health Screener greets and assists patients, support persons and other guests when they are entering an OSF HealthCare facility. In light of new guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the greeting/screener is will screen patients, support persons and other guests by collecting responses related to symptoms, potential exposure, testing and travel history and measure and collect patient and visitors body temperatures. This position will also act as a liaison between clinical teams and patients/visitors to assure all communication and needs are addressed. Assists in guiding visitors to other OSF facilities, area accommodations, area amenities, and gives local area directions. bQualifications/b bREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:/b High School/GED Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. b /bb /bbPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:/b One year of direct customer service or hospitality experience. Experience working with an electronic medical system.
