Henry Ford Health System Talent Selection Specialist-Contingent in Detroit, Michigan
The Talent Selection Specialist Is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) hiring leaders by delivering top talent as well as the following:
Will advance HFHS as an employer of choice across while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process.
Will interview pre-qualified top tier candidates and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Will manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and pre-employment components involved in recruiting.
This position is Contingent. We are looking for someone who will be able to assist with recruitment when the department has high volume and able to work from various locations throughout Henry Ford Health System including Jackson, Wyandotte, Detroit, West Bloomfield, Macomb.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required.
High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
Experience with applicant tracking system.
