Acadia Healthcare Admissions Coordinator - 3pm to 11:30pm and every other weekend in Detroit, Michigan

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinates the admitting needs of the facility

  • Reviews packets for admission

  • Communicates with discharge planners at referring hospitals

  • Reviews referrals

  • WelcomEs new patients and their family members

  • CompletEs admissions contracts

  • Supports the patient care units and admissions department administratively

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelors Degree required.

  2. 1-2 Years experience of customer service/administrative experience.

  3. Excellent computer skills.

  4. Ability to multitask required.

  5. Experience in healthcare/hospital setting strongly preferred.

  6. Must be able to work : 3pm to 11:30pm and every other weekend
