State of Michigan Chief Psychiatrist in Caro, Michigan
Serves as the Chief Psychiatrist at the Caro Center, directing the psychiatric staff to assure appropriate clinical psychiatric services are provided to all patients of the hospital. Supports, through positive behavior and attitude, the affirmative action plan and program of the Department and Agency.
Required Education and Experience
Possession of a medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
Three years of professional experience equivalent to a Psychiatrist in a mental health facility or clinic.
Additional Requirements and Information
Possession of a license to practice medicine or osteopathic medicine and surgery in Michigan.Positions in children's psychiatric hospitals will require board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry.
Salary: $159,993.60 - $243,152.00 Annually
