Common Ground is interested in finding the best candidate and is willing to make the position a part-time or full-time exempt position depending on the candidate's preference./span style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"The CMO will work with the Executive Leadership Team to design services, develop and implement clinical protocols, organize quality improvement activities, and directly manage a team of 10 physicians. In addition, the CMO works with the CEO to design and market innovative service models to public and private payer systems throughout Michigan. The CMO will also have the opportunity to engage in consulting on crisis system development both in Michigan and nationally./span style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"The CMO is positioned to influence the field of crisis services and systems at the state and national level, while working with internal programs and community leaders to advance the agency's crisis services delivery system, locally.
