  • Full-time, 40 hours a week.

  • Day shifts

  • Bingham Farms and Multiple sites.

General Summary:

  • Coor- Quality/Compliance (RN) assists with maintaining the integrity of clinical and billing systems, including regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinates audits of clinical/billing systems for compliance.

  • Develops and monitors GHS Corporate Compliance program, and in conjunction with others, coordinates and facilitates deployment.

  • Reports to the Clinical Education Manager and interacts with the Education Department, administration, unit team members and leadership, physicians and physician leadership, HFHS Departments, GHS Billing and Accounting areas.


  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

  • Current licensure as RN in the State of Michigan required.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in dialysis setting required; additional experience in hospital setting preferred.

  • Experience in performance improvement, quality and/or risk assessment preferred.

  • Knowledge of regulating body standards (ESRD Conditions of Coverage, Joint Commission) preferred. Ability to work with Word and Excel.
