ProMedica Health System Recruiting Coordinator in Ann Arbor, Michigan

HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

Currently recruiting for an energetic, detail oriented, organized, results-driven Recruiting Coordinator to manage our nursing applications for our Michigan skilled nursing facilities. This individual duties are:

  • Review all applications in our ATS system

  • Diligently follow-up with every qualified candidate by phone and email in a timely fashion

  • Coordinate interviews with each facility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every applicant they come in contact with to ensure ManorCare is promoted as an employer of choice.

The position offer is a Monday - Friday schedule with no weekends. We are looking for someone who is computer savvy, has great customer service skills and is able to stay organized and efficient while juggling several tasks at once. Healthcare and a recruiting background a plus.

Minimum one year payroll and benefit experience needed with prior human resources generalist experience preferred; Prior experience in long-term care useful; Demonstrated computer skills required.
